Shipping

• We ship across India and internationally.
• All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
• For India, standard delivery usually takes 5–7 business days depending on your location.
• Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your package in real time.

Please note: GRIT is not responsible for any delays caused by carriers, customs, or other circumstances once the package is in transit.

Returns

• All GRIT pieces are limited edition handcrafted collectibles, made with care and precision.
• Because of this, we maintain a NO RETURN policy.
• Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.
• If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address or failed delivery, you’ll need to cover the cost of a new shipping label to have it reshipped.

Refunds

• We do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order is placed.
• Refunds are only considered under special circumstances or if an item is out of stock.
• Approved refunds are issued as store credit (gift card) via email — no cash refunds.

If something arrives broken, damaged, or incorrect, email us immediately at gritbyhersh@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item.

We’ll review it promptly and make it right.

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, GRIT is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
